Our Mix and Match Inventory - What Does it Mean for You?

At Mapleleaf Promotions, we pride ourselves on being a trusted partner in meeting your business’s unique needs– no matter how big or small they may be. That’s why we offer a highly customizable, mix-and-match inventory on almost all of our products!

With this feature, you can split up your order to reflect the combination of size or colour variations that you need. Our mix-and-match offering means you don’t have to worry about paying for promotional products you won’t use and facing the dilemma of having way too many leftover products. Plus, it’s an easy way to introduce variety to your promo, allowing you to diversify your branded merch across different events, seasons, employee teams, or audience segments.

It’s incredibly easy for you to take advantage of mix-and-match inventory on our site – just follow these four simple steps:

Step 1: As usual, click on the item you’re interested in customizing and choose your imprint method. In this example, we’re using the Gildan Adult Softstyle® 4.5 oz T-Shirt. You can see in the window at the bottom of the screen that this item is available in mix-and-match in increments of one, meaning you have maximum freedom with your order quantities.

Step 2: Now, click “next step” in the bottom right corner to select the colour and quantity of items you want. On the step two page, you’ll see something like this:

Simply choose the base colour you want for your t-shirts by clicking on the corresponding colour square. Then choose the quantity you want of each size t-shirt in that specific colour. In this example, we’ve chosen 20 white shirts, with 5 extra small, 5 small, 5 medium, and 5 large.

Step 3: If you want to order shirts in more than one colour, click the green button that says “add a new colour”. You’ll then see a second selection pane appear which looks the same as the one you filled out. Simply follow the same steps, first choosing your colour by selecting a colour square, then choosing the number of shirts you want in each size. We’ve added 10 Royal blue shirts to our original order, 5 medium and 5 large.

Repeat this step for any additional colour variations, until your basket reflects all the colour and size variations you want in your order.

Step 4: Finally, click ‘next step’ at the bottom right corner. As with any order, this last step is where you can upload the artwork you would like to customize your products with. You can choose to upload an image of your artwork now, or add one later and move forward with payment. Returning customers also have the option to use artwork from a previous order.

The website will prompt you to specify where you would like the product to be customized, and provide any special instructions.

Once you have entered your customization preferences, click “Add to cart”. From your cart, you can provide payment details and place your order.
