Our Easy, 3-Step Purchasing Process

After you’ve chosen an item to customize, you will be prompted to choose an imprinting method. Available imprinting methods will vary based on the product you select, but include options such as engraving, screenprinting, embroidery, and many more. You will see that listed prices update automatically based on your selected imprinting method, so you will always have an accurate estimate of your final, all-in price.*

If your selected product is available in more than one colour or size option, you will be prompted to select your desired product colours and sizes. Ordering multiple sizes and/or colours can be done by simply specifying how many of each colour and size you would like. Note that your order cannot be split into increments smaller than those listed on the ordering page.

Once you select your product specifications (colour, size, and quantity), you will move on to the third and final step.

Here is where you can customize your items with your artwork, message, or both. You can submit instructions for the customization of your product in many ways.

After you submit your order, we will prepare a proof that we’ll send to you, free of charge. If you like the design that we have prepared, provide your approval and we will move ahead with production. If you have any questions or concerns or you would like to make any changes, simply let us know and our team will work with you to make sure that your promo products are exactly how you want them.
